Policies
Cancellation and delay
At Mini Ville, your well-being and your time are our top priorities. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, especially when it comes to young children. However, to ensure an optimal experience for all our customers and due to the limited capacity of our facilities, certain conditions apply.
Payment
All services, courses and events must be paid for in full in advance.
All payments are non-refundable.
Cancellation and modification
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for any cancellation or modification of appointments or courses.
This delay allows us to offer your place to another customer.
If you cancel within 48 hours, the amount paid will be credited to your account and can be applied to a service of the same category.
If the 48-hour deadline is not met, the service or class will be automatically deducted from your account, without exception.
Cancellations can be made by phone or email.
Delays
In case of delay, we will do our best to accommodate you if the schedule and space allow.
The service will be offered according to the remaining time, without extension or refund.
A significant delay could make it impossible to offer the service, which will then be considered completed.
Private party
A 50% deposit of the total price of your event is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable, even in the event of cancellation.
A credit card is required for registration. We reserve the right to issue a credit in the event of a breach of contract or physical damage on site.
We sincerely thank you for your understanding and cooperation. These policies allow us to offer a respectful, structured, and harmonious environment for all our clients.
